The Gandy Installations team is proud to be part of the Lennox Feel The Love® program – donating and installing a free, high-efficiency heating or cooling system for a deserving family right here in the Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley.
Lennox donates the high-efficiency equipment through the LII Lennox Foundation. Our team donates the time, trucks, and labour. Together, we give a family not just a new furnace or air conditioner – but real peace of mind.

WHO QUALIFIES
Who makes a great nominee?
Feel The Love Nominees all share one thing: they put others first. But sometimes those people need a hand. If you know someone like that right here in our community, we want to hear about them.
People we are looking for:
- Veterans & Military Families: Those who served our country and now face difficulty maintaining a safe, comfortable home.
- Seniors & Fixed-Income Homeowners: Older adults on limited income who cannot afford to replace a failing furnace or air conditioner.
- People Living with Illness or Disability: Those whose health makes reliable heating or cooling especially critical to their safety and well-being.
- Community Caregivers & Volunteers: People who quietly give to others every day – they deserve a little back.
- Families Facing Hardship: Those dealing with job loss, medical challenges, or tight finances who own a home but cannot cover a system replacement.
Home eligibility requirements:
The nominee’s home must meet all of the following:
- Nominee (or their spouse) must be the homeowner
- Home must have an existing forced-air system with complete ductwork in place
- There must be a genuine need to replace a furnace or air conditioning unit
- Homeowner must be available during Installation Week: October 3–11, 2026
The following are not eligible:
- Mobile homes and manufactured housing are not eligible
- Mini-splits, boilers, wood stoves, hydronic systems, or electric baseboard heaters are not eligible to be replaced or added through this program.

THE PROCESS
How nominations work
Step 1 – Submit a Nomination
Anyone can nominate a deserving homeowner at FeelTheLove.com. Fill out the short online form – tell us about the person and why they deserve a free furnace or air conditioner. Nomination deadline: August 31, 2026.
Step 2 – Gandy Reviews & Selects
Our team reviews every nomination in our service area. We will reach out by phone and schedule a home visit to verify eligibility and confirm what is needed – whether that is a new furnace, air conditioner, or both.
Step 3 – Free Installation, No Cost Ever
The chosen family receives a free, high-efficiency Lennox furnace or air conditioning system, fully installed by our licensed team at zero cost – including a complimentary limited warranty through Warranty Your Way™. Installation Week: October 3–11, 2026.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Who can submit a nomination?
Anyone can nominate a homeowner in need – a neighbour, family member, friend, coworker, church member, or community organization. All nominations must go through FeelTheLove.com.
Is there really no cost to the recipient?
None. Lennox donates the high-efficiency equipment through the LII Lennox Foundation. Gandy donates the trucks, labour, and materials. The recipient also receives a complimentary limited warranty through Warranty Your Way™. Zero cost, at every step.
Can someone receive a furnace or an air conditioner – or both?
Yes. The program covers high-efficiency furnaces, air conditioners (condensers), and heat pumps – whatever the home genuinely needs. The Gandy team will assess what is required during the home visit and select the right system.
When is the nomination deadline?
Nominations must be submitted by August 31, 2026. Don’t wait – the sooner a nomination is in, the sooner our team can start the verification process. Installation Week is October 3–11, 2026.
What if someone nominates directly rather than through the website?
All nominations must be entered at FeelTheLove.com. If someone comes to you directly, you can submit it on their behalf – just include the Gandy dealer information at the end of the form so it is routed to us.
How does Gandy choose the final recipient?
After the deadline, our team reviews nominations from our service area, conducts a brief phone call, and visits the home to confirm eligibility and assess the system. The finalist is selected based on genuine need and home compatibility.
What area does Gandy serve for this program?
We cover the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley – from Horseshoe Bay to Hope. If you are not sure whether an address falls in our service area, submit the nomination and we will confirm.
