Customer Service/Administrative Assistant

Our growing HVAC company has been in business for 60 years and is looking for an administrative person to join our team in the Service department to order parts and assist with other various administrative duties. Someone that wants to learn more about the HVAC industry or has HVAC knowledge and wants the opportunity to grow with a company is our ideal candidate. Duties and Responsibilities

· Communicating with technicians, customers, and office staff
· Ordering parts from various suppliers
· Providing purchase orders to technicians when they are picking up parts
· Maintaining good relationships with customers and vendors
· Assisting with incoming and outgoing calls as required
· Assisting Service Manager as needed
· Assisting with parts pick up or delivery should our parts person be unavailable

Education & Experience

· Ability to multi-task and follow through tasks with minimal supervision
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· 1 year of experience preferred but not required
· Parts experience an asset but not required
· HVAC experience an asset but not required
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to work individually or in a group setting.
· Must have a valid BC driver’s license and a clean driving record

Starting wage $16 – $18/hr based on the candidates experience and abilities.
