About Us

Gandy Installations is a family owned and oriented company. The owners and much of their staff have their homes here and their roots go deep into the community. Through three generations, the Gandy family has been serving the needs of customers in Langley and the Fraser Valley. The company, which has been in business for over half a century, can do any type of HVAC installation in a residential, commercial or industrial setting.

Charlie Gandy started the company with partner Ken Atwell in 1957, and the company opened for business as Atwell-Gandy Gas and Electric. In 1967, Ken retired and the company became known as Gandy Installations. After Charlie retired, his son Chuck took the reins and brought the company to a whole new level by expanding its customer base.  Today, Chuck Gandy oversees the growing company. Chuck’s son Taylor Gandy is currently the General Manager of Gandy Installations.

Within recent years, the company has expanded its horizons. With the purchase of Kerrisdale Gas and Neufeld Heating, Gandy Installations can now service customers from Hope to Horseshoe Bay. With over 50 staff members and 30 company vehicles, Gandy Installations can ensure that you have everything you need to heat or cool your home and ensure that it has the proper ventilation necessary for good air quality.
